These are just some of the functions of the DSDB 1.2:

	Store all individual pupil details, i.e. name, contact details, licence number, previous driving experience, source of pupil etc.
	Record Syllabus content covered, and comments about strengths and weaknesses.
	Keep Mock Test(s) results and comments.
	Make detailed lesson plans and record post-lesson analyses, including date/time/duration/mileage, objectives, achievements, weaknesses and other comments. There is also a facility to make up a post-lesson report that can printed and given to your pupil. This can remind them of what's been covered; praise strengths and highlight weaknesses; suggest plans for private practice and/or study, and advise next lesson content with, if necessary, a reminder of date and time. Written feedback is more effective than verbal, and the whole thing makes you look more professional.
	Practical test analysis. One of the most valuable actions an Instructor can take is to record his/her pupils' detailed test results. On the DSDB 1.2, you can record every useful detail for each test.
	Record details of pupil lesson dates; create reports of your pupils’ appointments and the income you'll receive from them.
	Store training vehicle financial records.
	Store franchise costs, if applicable.
	Record income and expenditure records.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

To use the database, you'll need to have: CD ROM or DVD ROM Drive 36 MB disk space (for the database and the system installation files) 256 MB RAM (or more) 1024 x 768 screen resolution * Windows 2000 (service pack 3) or higher or Windows XP * Please note. The DSDB has been created in a screen resolution of 1024 x 768. The database will still be accessible in lower screen resolutions, but not all of the current database window will be in view. Scroll bars have been added to the database windows for this purpose.
